Antoine de le Court has wide-ranging experience in commercial law in the broadest sense, in particular in the field of corporate mergers and acquisitions, distribution and commercial agency. In addition he practices company law (including shareholder relations), employment law (contracts of employment and collective bargaining), liquidation and distribution and the law on new technologies (since 1982).

As a debt mediator within the framework of the law on collective debt settlement, he is also a member of various commissions and associations.

Alexis Vercruysse graduated in law from the Catholic University of Louvain in 1992, where in 1993 he also obtained a baccalaureate in philosophy. He also studied in Bologna, as part of the Erasmus exchange programme.

Christophe VAN MELCKEBEKE obtained his degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain in 1994. Principally he chose the options of commercial law and criminal law. Since 1994 he has been a member of the Dutch Order of the Brussels Bar.

Christophe VAN MELCKEBEKE mainly practices commercial law in the broadest sense (with a specialisation in the law of movable property, leasing and renting), real estate law, and in particular lease law and joint ownership law, as well as common criminal law.

He holds the certificate of training in criminal appeal procedure (Article 425 of the Code of Criminal Procedure) and, as such, is authorised to act in criminal matters before the Court of Cassation.

Finally, Christophe VAN MELCKEBEKE has broad experience in the administration of persons and property and is regularly appointed by justices of the peace as administrator of protected persons. He is also a member of the College of Administrators of Persons and Property (Collège des administrateurs de la personne et des biens) of the Dutch-speaking Bar Association of Brussels.
